Responsibility

You will start in our entry level appointment setter position setting appointments for the sale of BRIGHTSIDE products, and will quickly work to be promoted to an appointment closer position where you'll close sales doing in-home sales presentations. Create leads and set appointments for the sale of Brightside's products and services. Represent BRIGHTSIDE professionally by increasing awareness and becoming an expert on window replacement. Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Participate in continuous education opportunities to hone your craft and build skills. All appointment setter and appointment closer positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from setting appointments to closing sales through our in-home sales process. Provide excellent customer service by working with customers proactively
