    As the Sales Representative, this person will source leads by speaking with local area customers to determine their interest level in sustainable energy solutions. The opportunity for someone in the entry-level does not stay stagnant in Inside Sales. We want to teach and train this individual Business Development and learn all about what IMG has to offer. This position has growth guaranteed when starting at the entry-level. We believe in this person to learn every department, every task, and become well-rounded before we promote them into a different department or supervisor role. Key Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative: • *Lead generation by emphasizing the benefits and value of the solutions we provide • Speaking with clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services. • Provide honest and trustworthy service to all consumers. • Possess a professional and energetic image and attitude. • Communicate the features and benefits of home improvement products and services. • Maintaining client records to support the Sales Team.
