Responsibility

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing the highest levels of client service excellence while working with other professionals and interacting with valued clients. Our entry level Consultants provide analytical, planning, and coordination support to activities and projects identified by Hiring Mirror USA Partners and leadership. They will assist leadership and the Healthcare team to complete initiatives, including analytical support, data collection and analysis, report writing, and helping to ensure the overall success of the department, all while working under direct supervision of one of our Senior Managers. Assists all department staff achieve consulting project deliverables; provides data collection, analytical support to team and monitors deliverables. Takes a flexible, team player approach, willing to “pitch in” whenever and wherever needed. Writes reports, memos and other communications as needed. Coordinates report production as needed. Participates in the design and delivery of presentations on project status and outcomes to management. Develops and provides innovative solutions for our clients. Forms close relationships with colleagues as well as key client stakeholders
