Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with each client's brand identity, target audience, and recruitment goals. User-Generated Content Management: Oversee the collection and curation of user-generated video content, ensuring it reflects the client's employer brand effectively. Engagement Enhancement: Implement strategies to boost engagement with the video content, leveraging social media, websites, and other channels. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor the performance of video content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to employer branding and video marketing
