What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring the following qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management. • A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • A driven, enthusiastic mindset with a passion for hospitality. • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Prior experience with new store openings is a plus but not required.
