Responsibility

You will be responsible for implementing tailored care plans that include solutions to nurture the full person, mind, body, and spirit. Companionship, housekeeping, personal care, medicine reminders, and transportation are among the services provided. You will provide exceptional care to clients by assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management. You will treat your clients like family members, going above and beyond to improve their quality of life. Providing high-quality care at the client's home, including tailored weekly schedules and plans.. Complete daily duties safely and professionally. Provide personal companionship and stay fully connected with each client by offering ongoing social and emotional support. Assist with personal care chores such as hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light cleaning, feeding, and meal preparation while prioritizing client safety and enjoyment. Provide transportation to and from appointments, as needed. Administrative functions include documenting work completion and reporting changes in the client's physical health, mental capability, or behavior

We are now looking for Elderly Care Provider to work with us. Flexible scheduling on a per-diem basis, with full-time and part-time options available.Our Med Staffing team is responsible for personal care, wound care, medication administration, managing caregivers, and conducting client assessments.
