Responsibility
We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Logistics Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3PL clients’ logistics needs. In this role, you will manage orders, handle client communications, and ensure the smooth fulfillment of e-commerce transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management with room for growth in the industry. Manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. Process orders, print shipping labels, and record shipments to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain account health by addressing customer service issues, returns, and other operational challenges. Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and resolve issues proactively. Learn and master proprietary software to manage workflows and client accounts efficiently. Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives to enhance operations. Assist with additional logistics-related tasks as needed
