Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Logistics Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3PL clients’ logistics needs. In this role, you will manage orders, handle client communications, and ensure the smooth fulfillment of e-commerce transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management with room for growth in the industry. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms • Process orders, print shipping labels, and record shipments to ensure timely fulfillment. • Maintain account health by addressing customer service issues, returns, and other operational challenges. • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and resolve issues proactively. • Learn and master proprietary software to manage workflows and client accounts efficiently. • Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives to enhance operations. • Assist with additional logistics-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. • Basic understanding of order fulfillment and supply chain processes. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
