Responsibility

In this position, you will lead and manage a field team in order to drive yearly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and sales goals. Lead and direct Clinic Manager to achieving/exceeding KPI goals. Lead clinic teams to best practice excellence throughout their region. Identify below average performance, analyze, and correct to achieve better than average results. Communicate, champion, and execute all special promotions, team incentives & contests, and roll-outs. Travel and visit clinics regularly. Establish high performance work groups through leadership, coaching, counseling, and mentoring. Develop bench strength for next level positions. Lead and manage the quarterly performance process. Participate and make decisions on the selection of Clinic Managers. Lead and oversee the regional Training Managers and travel team. Foster a culture of world class customer service. Ensure communication and adherence to company Best Practices, policies, and procedures. Maintain a strong partnership with the Medical division

Position Summary: We are looking for driven, full-time Regional Sales Managers to guide our vibrant teams as we continue to expand and succeed. Regional Sales Managers are in charge of leadership development, new market success, overall KPI achievement, and maintaining Milan culture via the embodied application of our Core Values.
