Responsibility

Weekly travel will be necessary. Phase Two: In this phase, you oversee multiple locations across several states. You will be involved in the setup of these new stores and will be responsible for their success. The staff of each location will report to you once they are open and functional. Once you enter the District Manager position, a weekly travel will be required to ensure continued success of each of your stores. Oversee the hiring and training of employees. Work on marketing and community outreach to reach sales goals. Work with your sales staff to golf carts to the local community. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our stores are up to standards. Strategize, develop, and implement process improvements. Maintain and increase customer satisfaction. Maintain and improve company communication

We are looking to add one employee to grow into the role of District Manager of our retail golf cart operations. No experience with these product types is required. What is required is past experience with high level management. We need someone that is motivated, organized, and a great leader! Weekly travel will be necessary. You must be someone that others want to follow. It's important to know how to effectively communicate with your staff and assist in our quickly growing operation! Our ideal candidate is a natural leader and knows how to effectively manage and lead our team. There will be two main phases to your employment with us: Phase One: This will begin as soon as you are hired. You will be trained in one of our locations in South Carolina for an approximate six weeks, Monday through Friday. We will cover the costs of your travel and lodging while you are here. During your training we will teach you all of the individual aspects of running our dealerships. Phase Two: In this phase, you oversee multiple locations across several states. Being that you will be involved in many new stores being opened, you should be charismatic and enjoy going out into the community to help spread the word about your new storefronts that are now open.
