We are looking to add one employee to grow into the role of District Manager of our retail golf cart operations. No experience with these product types is required. What is required is past experience with high level management. We need someone that is motivated, organized, and a great leader! Weekly travel will be necessary. You must be someone that others want to follow. It's important to know how to effectively communicate with your staff and assist in our quickly growing operation! Our ideal candidate is a natural leader and knows how to effectively manage and lead our team. There will be two main phases to your employment with us: Phase One: This will begin as soon as you are hired. You will be trained in one of our locations in South Carolina for an approximate six weeks, Monday through Friday. We will cover the costs of your travel and lodging while you are here. During your training we will teach you all of the individual aspects of running our dealerships. Phase Two: In this phase, you oversee multiple locations across several states. You will be involved in the setup of these new stores and will be responsible for their success. The staff of each location will report to you once they are open and functional. Once you enter the District Manager position, a weekly travel will be required to ensure continued success of each of your stores. Your airfare and lodging will be covered on these work trips. You will be involved in the following main areas within your stores: • Oversee the hiring and training of employees • Work on marketing and community outreach to reach sales goals • Work with your sales staff to golf carts to the local community • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our stores are up to standards • Strategize, develop, and implement process improvements • Maintain and increase customer satisfaction • Maintain and improve company communication We are looking for an employee that can see the big picture, works well with others, shows initiative and will willing to grow into a possible larger role with expanded duties down the road - don't sweat the small stuff! Being that you will be involved in many new stores being opened, you should be charismatic and enjoy going out into the community to help spread the word about your new storefronts that are now open. You must have a minimum of three years of previous management experience to be eligible for this position. An ideal candidate would have the ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service. You should be highly trained in conflict management and have strong oversight skills. Bonuses and yearly raises are given in return for hard work and we also offer the following additional benefits are provided to you: • After sixty days you will have access to join our company healthcare plan and if you choose to take part, we will contribute 50% per month to your costs of health, dental, and vision insurance. You are also given $25,000 of life insurance at our expense. • After one year you will have access to our company retirement plan with 3% matching included. • You, along with all hourly employees still employed on December 31st of each year are able to take part in receiving a share of the Bintelli Profit Sharing allotment (means a nice big check is waiting for you at the end of the year). • In your first year you’ll be given three paid days off. In year two that will increase to five.
