Responsibility

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6AM – 2:30PM. Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment. Assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains. Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding. productivity standards and cost control management. Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned area of responsibility. Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement. Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goals. Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates. Coach, train, and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
