Responsibility

You will define and improve the processes used by the team to continue our success through a period of transformation by mentoring your team to reach even greater heights. This individual will have a consistent record of building and developing sales teams and has worked extensively selling SaaS solutions. Drive customer sales and success by providing oversight, adoption of sales strategies and recommendations on sales deals. Expand existing footprint within accounts, Drive larger deals, engage C-level executives and close complex transactions in large companies. Develop and mentor Commercial Sales team members to ensure that customers are blown away by the quality of our account team. Improve the scalability and efficiency of our sales teams. Communicate proactively with customers and internally within your team, handling risks and issues raising upwards as needed. Partner with pre-sales, marketing, channels, and sales ops to identify revenue prospects and opportunities to increase our revenue……and that’s just the beginning!
