Responsibility

Responsible for managing and leading financial modeling for multi-million-dollar project management pursuits. This includes price modeling, operating budgets, staffing models, labor costs, and margin achievement. Also contributes to the creation of materials for new pursuits and renewal contracts, participates in client-facing meetings, manages financial information, and collaborates with subject matter experts across the organization. This is a remote role that will require someone in the Eastern or Central Time zone(s). Lead financial modeling for mid to large-scale project management pursuits. Create customized materials for new pursuits and renewal contracts. Participate in client-facing meetings for business development efforts. Manage collation of financial information from sectors for project management. Participates in Project Management Enterprise Platform Strategy. Develop working relationships with subject matter experts throughout the organization. Coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers and other subject matter experts involved in a business pursuit project. Supports and implements financial policies, commercial policies, and procedures. Supports achievement of departmental budget. Mentor and coach matrix team members to develop competencies and share knowledge. Responsible for setting work unit and / or project deadlines. Performs other duties as assigned

What you’ll need Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from 4-year college or university required. MBA preferred. Minimum of 7+ years of related experience and / or training with a background in finance, consulting, or analytics preferred. Experience in commercial real estate developing outsourcing solutions, project management solutions, pricing, and organization development models. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze complex business / financial data and develop innovative solutions Technically savvy with solid experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience working with large data sets.
