Responsibility

The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market share and exceed revenue targets. Sales Strategy Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, setting sales goals, and monitoring performance. Market Expansion Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments while nurturing existing customer relationships. Revenue Growth Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies, account management, and business development. Customer Engagement Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Product Knowledge Stay updated on the latest food industry trends and products to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Sales Forecasting Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports, providing regular updates to the executive team. Competitive Analysis Monitor competitors, market conditions, and industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Sales Analytics Utilize data and analytics to assess sales performance, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies
