Responsibility

Lead a team of talented product marketers focused on driving revenue through partners and direct customer engagement. Define and execute product marketing strategies for our Microsoft 365-related services, owning pipeline creation and sales outcomes. Collaborate closely with product management, direct sales, channel sales, channel marketing, and demand generation teams. Gain deep insights into customer and partner needs through research, feedback loops, and direct interactions. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape, developing strategies to position products and execute go-to-market plans effectively. Drive the creation of compelling narratives and marketing collateral that engage customers throughout the lifecycle. Work with subject matter experts to develop product positioning, messaging, and a variety of marketing materials. You comprehend how businesses make purchasing decisions and the crucial role MSPs and indirect resellers play in leveraging Microsoft services. Your strategic insights are grounded in market evidence, guiding the development of impactful positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels.
