About the Role We are seeking a Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development to drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, aligning with our business objectives and fostering a supportive work environment. Main Responsibilities • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive HR plans that motivate employees, nurture top talent, create a supportive employee experience, and enhance the quality of HR policies and services. • Lead Team Development and Culture: Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement. Promote a culture of trust, confidence, support, respect, and integrity among all corporate- and property-level staff. • Strategic Advisor and Business Partner: Collaborate with executive leaders to instill a service-centric leadership culture, driving excellence through empowerment, trust, mentorship, and accountability. Oversee corporate and property-level HR departments, creating and implementing a Human Resources budget to meet organizational objectives. Requirements and Qualifications • 10+ Years of Relevant Work Experience: Proven track record in similar scope and capacity, preferably within luxury hospitality or related industries. • Advanced Level of Written, Verbal, and Interpersonal Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas, inspire teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Diverse Property & Corporate Leadership Experience: Ability to navigate fast-paced environments, lead high-performing teams, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
