Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring they meet client expectations and Sodexo standards. Manage two small cafes. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements. Work with the culinary team to ensure delivery of the menu. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients,. Prepare and manage budgets for each event to ensure profitability. Monitor expenses and find cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality of service. Hire, train, and supervise event staff. Track and analyze key performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and customer feedback, to make data-driven decisions and improvements
