Responsibility
This Director of Events and Catering will lead the special events and catering department. Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring they meet client expectations. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements. Work with the Sodexo culinary team to ensure delivery of the menu. Prepare and manage budgets for each event. Monitor expenses and find cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality of service. Hire, train, and supervise event staff. Track and analyze key performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and customer feedback, to make data-driven decisions and improvements

This Director of Events and Catering will lead the special events and catering department. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong background in event planning and management, excellent communication and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
