Responsibility
This position is responsible for leading and continuously improving project management services to assist in paving the way for additional, structured turnkey telecommunications-related services to its customers. Develops and oversees all PMO functions throughout the organization with focus on Company congruency, efficiency, accuracy and superior customer service;. Maintains regular and consistent communication with Management team members throughout the organization as they relate to the efficient execution of the Company's contractual agreements;. Runs and analyzes meaningful and timely reports using key performance indicators to hold PMO team members accountable to the health of their assigned project(s);. Spearheads organizational-level process improvement efforts by appropriately assessing and gaining organizational buy-in from stakeholders. Leads change management efforts to effectively implement approved changes;. In cooperation with local PMO management groups, assists in addressing customer issues as they arise and when necessary;. Holds local PMO Managers accountable to appropriate controls and overall PMO group management in spirit of maintaining organizational congruence while ensuring contractual compliance and customer satisfaction;. Analyzes, identifies and establishes critical path points with the assistance and involvement of other managerial stakeholders throughout the organization and works to eliminate bottle-neck and hand-off obstacles;. Proactively identifies and resolves potential issues before they become problems;. Monitors and participates in weekly project level status calls with the customer as needed;. Travel throughout the footprint as necessary (approx 10%);. Other duties as assigned
