Responsibility

Serves as main Project Manager contact for intake of all briefs (in partnership with the Sr. Reviews incoming briefs with Sr. Programme Manager, Production Rollout Manager and lead designer to ensure project is properly scoped and can be kicked off to creative team. Collaborate with the retail marketing and category teams (the owners of the brief) to understand the full picture of the project and the deliverables required, and supports them with pre-project planning (including project milestones and deadlines to ensure smooth transition to project kick off). Define the scope of the project, manage resourcing within the team and highlight needs to increase resourcing when needed. Understand the asks and help determine value of projects and prioritization of what is most critical to work on. Manage changes in scope and understand the implications of them, communicate to the cross-functional teams, and escalate where necessary. Lead owner to update and manage project schedules, meeting recaps, and team documentation, with input from creative & production teams. Lead status meetings with internal Americas Regional teams (retail marketing [US/Mexico & Canada], category teams, creative, retail production rollout teams) as well as international teams at Group (HQ) and other regions. Work closely & collaboratively with creative & production rollout teams to ensure they have a full picture of the projects upon briefing, and manage the progress of the creative development for 3D & 2D asset creation, throughout creative review process, prototype production and final production and rollout/ installation at retail. Supporting the Sr. Programme Manager & Production Manager by sharing & cascading key information from Group relating to NPD and other retail projects with campaign kits, copy matrices, order forms and other project communication. Partner with Associate Production Managers to detail a clear scope of work pre-production, and assist throughout production, including:. Project management of pre- and post-production – understanding and building these timelines into full project scope. Upload all final assets to asset management system in partnership with production and creative teams. Manages projects through the DAM (Digital Asset Management System), including routing of creative file for approval/ feedback; while ensuring project timelines are met & updated as required. Always looking to optimize brief intake and process, learning from what works and be willing to flex and drive change. Roll-out new resourcing and project management tools defined by Group, and work with regional team to ensure adoption and use. Looking ahead to manage team capacity against active and upcoming projects. Tracking and reporting on projects through dashboards and rollup.
