Position: Dietary Aide/ Server Location: Young America Do you enjoy serving others? Lakeside Generations Senior Living & Care Center, a 5-star rated senior care campus overlooking a lake, has wonderful Full-Time & Part-Time Morning Dietary Aide / Server positions available -guaranteed hours with the possibility of picking up shifts! No experience needed! We will train you! We welcome anyone with a passion for providing great customer service to join our team. Our Dietary Aides serve residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Our Culinary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by the staff and residents alike. We offer free meals during your shift! There are Full-Time & Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend. Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families. Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents. Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents. Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department. Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms. Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs. Perform other duties as needed. What does a Dietary Aide require? Prior restaurant or healthcare experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills. Location: Lakeside Generations is a part of Cassiaand is located in Greater MN.
