Responsibility

Engage directly with customers in conjunction with the NEB commercial team to gather insights, feedback, and ensure the custom products meet customer expectations and market needs. Lead and contribute to the full cycle of custom product development, from evaluation of customer inquiries to commercialization. Design, optimize, and validate new assays and methodologies, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve critical milestones and customer timelines for custom development projects. Provide scientific expertise and support to customers. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and present reports and updates on project progress, scientific discoveries, and technical approaches to stakeholders and at scientific conferences

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of custom products for NEB customers.
