Responsibility

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily administrative functions of the clinic, supporting patients while adhering to company policies and standards. This role involves a variety of duties, including reception, scheduling, coordinating with other offices and patients, preparing and presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance, and maintaining patient charts and records. Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism. Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient operations. Communicate effectively with patients, addressing questions and concerns in a calm and helpful manner. Prepare and present treatment plans, ensuring patients understand their recommended care. Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries. Maintain accurate patient charts and records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Prioritize and multitask on multiple projects, managing interruptions effectively
