As a Data Scientist I, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to guide business decisions and drive innovation. You will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms to extract valuable knowledge from large datasets. You will… Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities where datadriven insights can create value Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy for analysis Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover patterns, trends, and insights to support business objectives Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to extract actionable insights and validate model performance Design and develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business challenges and enhance decision-making processes Develop and implement data visualization techniques to communicate complex findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data science and machine learning Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to understand and manipulate data effectively Support the development of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following… Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field Zero (0) plus years of data science experience. Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and model development Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, experiment design, and version control Hands on experience developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms Knowledge in model evaluation, tuning and performance, feature selection, and scalability of scientific techniques Familiarity with data visualization tools and open-source packages Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions Knowledge of database concepts and SQL for data querying and manipulation Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
