Responsibility

To ensure data integration between Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) and external agencies, public, and private sector companies. Ensures compliance with the VITA project management standards and procedures for development, enhancement, and maintenance of applications developed by Information Technology Unit (ITU) to deliver services that satisfy. user requirements and ITU established standards. Complies with ITU best practices for development of database, data warehouse, integrations, and reporting. Ensures production of quality deliverables. Develops detailed knowledge and functional area expertise of business processes for supported Department of Corrections (DOC) units. Participates in teams and maintains positive, professional relationships with colleagues and customers
