The execution of Anderson Merchandisers' standards to drive sales and fulfill retailer and client expectations is the main role of the Sales Merchandiser. This position is under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager, but the Territory Sales Lead should be communicated with and followed up on daily. Duties and Responsibilities: • Strengthen your ties with store associates and management by engaging in daily communication with them. • Instruct and enlighten clients and retail personnel about the properties and benefits of our clients' brand and product categories. • Ensure precise execution of all necessary responsibilities, projects, rearrangements, and exhibitions through the strict adherence to the provided instructions. • Sustain preciseness and first-rate performance to meet or exceed client specifications. • To ensure consistent above-average project execution compliance and maintain desired account aesthetics, it is necessary to perform the merchandising and implementation of all assigned projects with the required accuracy and quality. • Be well-versed in every company policy. • Sales opportunities should be identified and communicated to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager as soon as they arise. This provides them with the chance to act quickly and capitalize on the opportunity. • Consistent and deliberate use of every available function of a handheld device can enhance its usefulness and optimize its performance. • The preservation of confidentiality in business dealings is crucial for the success and prosperity of the company, clients, and retailers. Requirements and Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should be able to lift and carry products that weigh as much as 50 lbs regularly, and as heavy as 100 lbs with support from a colleague. This position mandates physical competence for handling objects. • One can choose to perform their work in a stationary position such as sitting, standing, or pacing around. • This role necessitates the ability to engage in delicate manual manipulation with the hands and fingers, as well as the agility and fitness to perform a range of movements through the upper and lower sections of the body. • It is essential to have a pliable timetable, which can include working at non-traditional hours such as nights, overnights, and weekends. • It is mandatory to possess a high school diploma or an equivalent certification for candidacy. • A genuine driver's license is a requirement as one may have to travel to additional places. • Automobile liability insurance is an indispensable requirement. • The prerequisites for participation include owning a computer, regular internet connectivity, printing capabilities, and a valid email account. • Previous exposure to sales or customer service is highly valued.
