Visit us at: www.OdysseyLogistics.com/careers About The Job Th e position of Customer Service Coordinator will play a critical role to i nteract with customers both external and internal to process orders and answer/resolve inquiries about processing orders, products, services, etc. In This Role, You Will • Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and all internal staff • Understand and follow all company policies • Process customer orders according to their specific requirements and the established company policies • Handle in house questions or issues between Customer Service and all other functional areas • Receive customer concerns to resolve or communicate to other appropriate areas for resolution • Appropriately record details of customer transactions or interactions • Observe utmost confidentiality in all interactions with manager, peers and customers • ALL OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED. Required • High school diploma or equivalent • One year of related work experience • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred • Familiarity with Food Safety and Defense / HAACP is preferred Location: This is an in-office role based in Vandalia, IL.
