Responsibility
In this role you will work very closely with BILSTEIN Regional Sales Managers and our B2B customers in the automotive aftermarket industry to provide sales support. Responsible for providing B2B customer sales support to assigned accounts. Assists customers with securing proper product information, availability and pricing data to maximize their sales capabilities and maintain positive relationships. Assists B2B customers with shipment related issues and coordinate with various shipping carriers. Documents inquiries using CRM software (Hubspot). Maintains customer related data including order entry within SAP system. Provides primary sales support via phone and e-mail. Travel to one of our sites may be required 1-2 times per year for training or other events

Your profile This is a fully remote role. Travel to one of our sites may be required 1-2 times per year for training or other events. Our ideal candidate has the flexibility to occasionally work either eastern or pacific business hours as needed for coverage. • Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and ability to be on the phone with customers the majority of the day. Low to medium incoming call volume. • 3 - 5+ years of customer service/sales experience. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. • Ability to multitask on the phone and email while looking up system information. • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations. • SAP experience preferred. • Automotive industry knowledge is preferred.
