Responsibility

Payroll/billing. Adherence to safety maintenance and compliance. DOT log review, preparation and submission. Conduct safety training and orientation. First point of contact for collisions and injuries. Conduct safety meetings in conjunction with other management. Handle front line customer requests; identify and elevate any customer issues, if needed. Act as a liaison between hourly workers and management. Elevate any employee relations issues, as appropriate. Quality assurance. Driver communications (e.g. location updates, settlement reports, weekly paycheck stubs). Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility (e.g. supplies, expenses, etc.). Accounts Payable (A/P). Supply/uniform ordering. Maintain all attendance / vacation records for hourly employees. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting to manager prior to distribution
