Whether it’s a corporate video, branded content, or cutting-edge motion design, your vision will shape the narrative. Creative Leadership: Define and oversee creative vision, ensuring projects align with our brand and client goals. Video Production: Lead editing and design projects with a sharp eye for detail, particularly in advertising, marketing, and corporate communication. Team Management: Inspire and manage a talented team of creatives to deliver outstanding work on time and within budget. Campaign Strategy: Brainstorm and execute innovative ideas for multi-platform campaigns, blending traditional and new media techniques. Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate our brand identity across all client projects. Occasional Travel: Rarely required (less than 10%)

What You Bring • Experience: 5+ years in broadcast TV, corporate marketing, or a creative agency environment. • Portfolio: A diverse body of work showcasing your design and video editing expertise. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in: • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition) • DaVinci Resolve • Bonus: Experience with 3D modeling/animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender. • Education: A degree in art, design, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Language: Being fluent in Spanish is a plus. • Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays if project demands arise (rare but possible). • Location: Must be based in Houston, Texas, or willing to relocate.
