Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance. Assist with budgeting and financial tasks as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
