Responsibility
This individual will serve as a Team Lead of the provider capacity-building team. This position will assist the Provider Team in building community capacity and meeting measures established by the Virginia Settlement Agreement related to the Home and Community-Based Developmental Disability Waivers. They will assist with coordinating the activities of their assigned team in collaboration with the Director. This position works closely with team partners by developing and reviewing guidance materials, communicating regulations and requirements, and holding informational forums with various community partners. This individual will act as a liaison between partners and Central Office, assisting with intensive cases, helping to identify resources, and supporting providers to meet state and federal regulations and requirements. Travel and overnights are involved with onsite technical assistance, delivery of large and small trainings, in-person and online presentations, meetings with partners, participation on workgroups and other projects. Position location flexible with travel to Richmond and statewide as needed. Primary service area will be northern Virginia
