Responsibilities: • Take pride in your work • Take your job seriously, not so much yourself (we’re all goofballs here) • Cleaning according to company standards established during training • The ability to execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to each client’s specifications • Acceptance of feedback on performance and a willingness to implement necessary changes quickly Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail • Good physical stamina & strength • Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills • Highly Proficient or Expert in Reliability • Must have a valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle • Must be able to work in a small team onsite while also coordinating with managerial team Benefits/Job Perks: • Performance based wage increases • Potential growth in to management/supervisor/admin roles (for the right people!) • Employer coordinated events for team building and celebration How to Apply: • These are permanent, part-time positions.
