2 years of verifiable commercial cleaning experience is required for this position. This is not an entry-level cleaning position. Experience cleaning in schools is highly preferred. Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas - Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed - Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor - Adhere to company policies and procedures Available Schedules: Monday through Thursday 9:00pm start time Monday through Friday 8:00pm start time Monday through Friday 11:00am-1:00pm Tues-Fri-Sun (Tues 7:30pm, Fri & Sun anytime) Skills: - 2 years of verifiable experience in commercial or industrial cleaning required - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required Offer of employment is contingent upon successful results of references and a clear criminal history/background check Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
