Your Role: You will be responsible for cleaning commercial establishments such as restaurants, churches, office spaces, warehouse offices, and post-construction cleanings. The only residential cleanings that will be cleaned will be post-construction cleanings that we may assign. Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and lobbies - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor Skills: - Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently - Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time - Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients Qualifications: • Highly proficient in Reliability • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle • MUST be able to work Monday-Friday, some weekends • MUST be able to travel to Fort Worth • Benefits/Job Perks: Flexible schedules We are looking for a reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team.
