Responsibility

Responsible for the daily cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse / laundry operation and assist with event set ups as requested. Motivated, self-starter to perform building cleaning and laundry task. Vacuum carpets, clean windows, dust and polish, straighten up, pick up, empty trash. Assure all areas of the clubhouse are clean and organized at all times. Help clean employee and member restrooms, pool and tennis house in season. Make sure all areas of the clubhouse are adequately supplied. Check draperies and window treatments for needed repairs or issues. Report any damage, burned out light bulbs, plumbing problems to the facility operations department. Move furniture / chairs (If possible) and assist housemen with all event set ups as needed
