Job Summary: • Responsible for the daily cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse / laundry operation and assist with event set ups as requested Overview: • Motivated, self-starter to perform building cleaning and laundry task • High school graduate or GED equivalent Preferred Skills: • Organizational, time management, problem solving and able to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions Job Tasks: Housekeeping duties • Vacuum carpets, clean windows, dust and polish, straighten up, pick up, empty trash • Assure all areas of the clubhouse are clean and organized at all times • Help clean employee and member restrooms, pool and tennis house in season • Make sure all areas of the clubhouse are adequately supplied • Check draperies and window treatments for needed repairs or issues • Report any damage, burned out light bulbs, plumbing problems to the facility operations department • Move furniture / chairs (If possible) and assist housemen with all event set ups as needed Company Benefits: • Health insurance, with health savings account option • Life insurance and long-term disability • Paid time off • 401(k) with an annual match • Dental and vision insurance REQUIREMENTS For over a century, Sunset Country Club has been a haven for its members who look for outstanding golf, dining, recreational and social activities.
