Responsibility

As a Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for system creation, testing, implementation, and continued administrative ownership of our hosted client solutions for either net new clients or for clients migrating to the DataBank Coud. All implementation and administration efforts will be performed in collaboration with our Cloud Architect and Cloud Security team to ensure deployments meet our stringent security standards and ISO certification. This customer-facing role will directly interface with the client from the. point of cloud hosting project start, to solution deployment, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live support, and post go-live continued server side system administration. Other related responsibilities will include, regular client touchpoint/roadmapping sessions, assisting sales and marketing by providing technical detail, creation of system diagrams, cross-training and knowledge sharing, and R&D into new cloud technologies. Create and Update Solution inventory documents. Solution Development and Implementation. Assists with testing and training. Provide Solution Go-live support. Provide project updates to internal and external stakeholders. Provide after-hours/weekend coverage support. Regular cloud administration duties:. Required weekly after hours maintenance. Manage patching / server patching. Manage cloud related IT tickets. Monitoring and ownership of system health (Application layer, Server Layer, Security & Vulnerability). Active Directory administration (unlock & create approved accounts). Solution consulting (Pre-Sales and Post Sales assistance). Perform job duties and project tasks independently. Stay current on and recommend new cloud services. Capacity planning / server resource adjustments. Understand and acknowledge all job responsibilities relating to information security and protecting sensitive company and/or client information. Execute information security processes and procedures as required based on job functional responsibilities. Protect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference. Report information security events, incidents, and any other risks identified to designated company resources
