Responsibility

Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. On-Call: Tuesday and Thursday (as needed). This role involves managing cleaning operations, leading and training staff, handling scheduling, and performing administrative tasks such as payroll and lead generation. You must also be comfortable stepping in to perform cleaning tasks if needed and responding to on-call requests efficiently. All cleaning supplies and a company vehicle will be provided at the start of each shift and must be returned at the end of the shift. Manage and supervise cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to company standards. Train and onboard new employees to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial areas as needed, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Oversee laundry duties, such as washing, drying, and organizing linens and towels. Manage floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and maintaining hard surface floors. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Handle customer service inquiries, including answering phones and booking appointments. Manage scheduling tools to ensure proper assignment and coverage of cleaning shifts. Track revenue and expenses and issue payroll accurately. Respond to on-call needs efficiently and step in to cover shifts as required. Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.
