Cleaning Specialist Summary Our growing cleaning company is looking for a cleaner to handle some dirty work. Clients range from office buildings to residential homes and apartment buildings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene and professional appearance. We’re looking for a cleaning specialist willing to do deep scrubbing for residential move-outs and maintain weekly light cleaning for our smaller office clients. We are looking for the right candidate to work with us as we grow our business and our ability to make our clients satisfied. Qualifications • Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours • Knowledge of cleaning solutions, proper storage and disposal methods • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team • Excellent organizational skills a must • Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision • Must have a reliable mode of transportation with the ability to travel to various work sites within Kenosha and Racine, Wi independently. • 1 Year of previous cleaning experience with a professional cleaning company. Responsibilities • Sweep, vacuum and mop floors • Clean commercial buildings and residential locations by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces • Tackle heavy deep cleaning jobs upon request • Notify cleaning supervisor of any repairs required Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: • Life insurance Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Night shift • On call • Weekends as needed License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 100% (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations
