Responsibility

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' commercial and residential spaces are spotless and well-maintained. General Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces. Deep Cleaning: Execute deep cleaning tasks on a rotational basis, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-traffic areas. Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients. Supply Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying the team lead when restocking is necessary. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Quality Assurance: Conduct a final check of all cleaned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met and that all tasks are completed. Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to management promptly. Professionalism: Uphold the highest level of professionalism, including confidentiality, respecting client spaces, and maintaining a positive attitude. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within specified timeframes. Availability: We offer primarily set schedules. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needs for new clients arise. Integrity: A strong sense of integrity and responsibility, with a commitment to delivering top-quality service

Requirements • Experience: Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
