The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning techniques and be able to apply our high quality company cleaning standards to their work. • *Duties:** - Perform house, office and venue cleanings. - Ensure all areas are maintained and cleaned to company standards - Manage and maintain supplies and equipment - Conduct regular inspections of your work to ensure quality control - Cleaning Tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, other cleaning duties as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms and other cleaning tasks as assigned. - Engage with app to see client and job info, record time, complete job checklists and close jobs. - Serve as company ambassador • *Skills:** - Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning, custodial, and facilities cleanings. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards - Excellent communication skills to interact with team and clients Ideal candidate is reliable, professional, has a positive attitude, clean and neat appearance, has attention for detail, has transportation to travel to and around Blacksburg, willing to work alone and with other cleaners. Have a smart phone for job app. Requirements: valid drivers license, reliable transportation, pass criminal background check (free from violent, financial or sexual offenses), complete tax form (provided), be able to stand, squat, bend repeatedly for at least 2 hours at a time, have good vision with/without eyewear, be able to lift 30 lbs. Provide 3 references from former employers.
