Hi! At RaiderMaids we are looking for self employed established cleaning professionals in several cities as we are rapidly expanding! This post is for our Lubbock, Texas location. What we're looking for in a candidate: • 2yrs House/Office/Hotel/Post construction/Janitorial cleaning experience (We offer both residential and commercial cleaning services, please specify the type and amount of experience you have when applying) • Able to pass a background check • Legally authorized to work for in the US • Fluent English Speakers • Friendly, positive attitude (there's no reason work can't be a fun, positive environment!) What it's like to work with us: • Work independently or in a team of two, making your own schedule. • $20-$30 an hour tips. • Residential cleaning hours are typically 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday through Friday. This is a flexible schedule, choose your own days and hours. This can vary from week to week, as long as you communicate with us, we are happy to accomodate! • Post-Construction is typically long hours, flexible as many contractors are working late into the early hours of the next morning • We are actively expanding our hours to meet the needs of commercial clients, if you are available for nights or weekends, we'd love to talk! Note- this is not a requirement! • We provide thorough onboarding, so you are provided with all the tools and tips needed to guarantee your success and our support. We have active requests in Lubbock, Levelland, Plainview, etc that we need new team members to fill. Our business can only succeed with reliable and eager cleaners. We guarantee to do everything we can to ensure you are successful, happy, and fulfilled while working with RaiderMaids. Responsibilities include: • Cleaning residential houses and apartments, our company offers Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, Move in/out cleans, and short-term rental property cleans. • Cleaning hotels, small offices, wedding venues, other commercial/janitorial jobs as they come up • Post-Construction (mainly final touch, but we have a need for rough construction stage clean up as well) • Must provide your own cleaning supplies (we can provide a list of supplies other cleaners we work with have recommended if this helps) • Tapping "On my way", followed by "clock in," followed by "clock out" on the app we provide at no charge so our customers are informed of the status of the job • Uploading before and after pictures and going through the provided checklist on the app • Effective communication through email and phone. • Reliable form of transportation around Lubbock, if you are open to Plainview/Levelland etc. jobs, please let us know this as well. Occasionally we need additional help in Amarillo and you are welcome to drive up if that's something you're interested in as well • We report all income as legally required and file proper tax documents at the end of the year, this is a 1099 contract role so we do not withhold any taxes/Social Security/etc If you are interested, or have any questions, please give email info@raidermaids.com to set up an interview, and send your 2-3 references as well as your résumé if you have one.
