Cleaners perform a variety of routine manual tasks requiring light, medium, and heavy physical effort in cleaning and caring for an assigned area at each client location as well as office buildings, facilities, and the adjacent grounds and sidewalks. Cleaners work independently, and as part of a work team, performing a wide range of specialized and routine cleaning activities such as sweeping and moping floors, window washing, vacuuming, trash and recycling removal, dusting and cleaning walls. Work requires cleaning specialized areas within buildings such as; office spaces, kitchens, common areas, lounges, locker rooms, cubicles, and laboratories. This job classification is non-supervisory. Job Requirements: • Applicants must be physically able to perform lite to medium physical labor. • Must be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions. Preferred qualification: • Have a valid unrestricted drivers license. Additional Information: • Permanent and Temporary position(s) available - can be either full-time (40 hrs/wk) or part-time (20 - 30 hrs/wk).
