CNA Job Benefits • $500 sign on bonus! • Competitive pay from $21 - $25 per hour (hourly incentives also offered for type of shift) • Health, dental, vision insurance options available for full time • Part time benefits (20+ hours) include accident, critical illness, dental, life insurance, dental, cancer, and medical bridge • Flexible schedule • 401 (k) • Paid double time for holiday shifts • Generous PTO and paid sick time including mental health days • Weekly pay via direct deposit • Travel Time Reimbursement • Free in-house training with Director of Nursing • Supportive and Rewarding Work Environment • Employee referral bonus program Responsibilities: • Providing premium, personalized care through professional look, PPE compliance and actions • Various personal care services as necessary to meet the clients or patients needs • Providing assistance with day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor and other appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping • Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing Requirements: • Current Oregon CNA license in good standing • Must provide proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination • Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience is required • High school diploma or GED • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray • Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance • Excellent references • Access to a computer or smart phone for web-based scheduling • Excellent communication skills • Ability to pass background checks, DMV, and drug screen • Must pass caregiver competencies • Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. • New employees with a complete file and working at least 20 hours per week average for three months without any issues.
