Job Description The Opportunity: Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City is currently looking for a Catering Worker to run floor stock to units. This position is responsible for the active participation in the workflow in the Nutrition Service Department including but not limited to simple preparation, delivery, and service of food, meals, snacks, or supplements, to customers. Workflow includes set up, clean up, and sanitation of work areas, dish areas, and or equipment. It includes inventory control, product rotation, labeling, and safe food handling practices. They are accountable for operations when the Manager and work leaders are not available. Other duties as assigned by a Manager. We provide our employees with the opportunity to grow in the health system, to move into leadership roles within the department, or further their careers in new directions still within the health system.
