Responsibility
Organize and stage supplies and equipment for catering events. Load box trucks and vans with staged supplies, ensuring that the correct items are loaded and properly secured. Communicate with the service and sales departments on supply issues and coordinate substitutions. Confirm that returning items from events are clean and in good working order and return them to the warehouse. Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse, ensuring that equipment is protected and stored properly. Be the go-to for miscellaneous needs such as picking up linens at the dry cleaners, filling up gas in trucks, picking up last minute supplies at the grocery store, or even making emergency supply runs to events. On occasion, deliver simple catering orders to a location, which sometimes requires minor event setup. Open availability Thursday - Sunday
