Responsibility

The catering server/bartender is responsible for the set-up, execution, and breakdown of banquet events. Must demonstrate ability to meet the company caliber for excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers and comply with uniform and grooming standards. Responsible for serving plated meals to guests and/or replenishing food and attending stations or buffets with the knowledge of what they are serving guests, paying specific attention to any dietary needs. Responsible for serving beverages to guests including tableside wine service and optionally the ability to set and tend a standard bar. Responsible for assisting in unloading and loading of any equipment, products, or goods at the event venue. Must maintain a clear and organized workspace and be ready and willing to assist fellow team members. Must maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
