Catering Sales Manager Responsibilities • 3–5 years in catering sales, preferably at a dedicated venue. • Manage the full sales process, from site tours to event execution. • Collaborate on menus, vendor selection, and event styling. • Maintain venue readiness and manage online lead platforms (The Knot, Wedding Wire, Zola). • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. • Proficiency in MS Office; Caterease/Nowsta experience is a plus.
