Ability to push and pull equipment when necessary

Responsibility

As a Catering Operations Supervisor you will assist management with the efficient operation of catering events/game day events, in accordance with Delaware North’s Operational and Universal Service Standards. Interpret and ensure compliance with Delaware North policies, procedures and guidelines. Work with management team to train and supervise Front of House catering associates and observe job performance. Utilize Banquet Event Order (BEO) to confirm proper event set up. Oversee setup, execution and breakdown of all events. Manage equipment and supplies needed for all events. Ensure all food presentations and service meet company standards. Follow health and safety guidelines. Ensure all workstations and pantry remain clean and sufficiently stocked. Ensure responsible alcohol service and report any violations. Establish and maintain excellent client relations and customer satisfaction. Fulfill guests needs quickly and efficiently. Handle complaints effectively. Monitor all inventory levels for ordering purposes. Assist team with monthly inventory. Evenings as needed
