The Catering Manager will manage full cycle catering, support front of house operations and support marketing initiatives for the unit. Catering Manager will manage all catered and special events. The position is responsible for managing the daily catering operation including ordering catering food, client catering meetings, writing catering menus, client billing and controlling labor costs. Candidate will plan, train and support national marketing, client marketing and in-house roll-outsto support unit operations. Ideal candidate will possess dynamic communication skills and will be an ambassador for Sodexo to our customers. ensure that Sodexo and customer goals are aligned and met;. educate and develop rapport with internal/external customers and promote partnerships;. promote a customer/client centered culture that strives to exceed customer and client needs; and. detailed oriented, with attention to trends and creativity

The Hill School is a coeducational independent, college preparatory, boarding and day school for grades 9-12, located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, about 35 mi northwest of Philadelphia. The Catering Manager will manage full cycle catering, support front of house operations and support marketing initiatives for the unit. Catering Manager will manage all catered and special events.
