Responsibility

Job Description: Manage day of events from beginning to end. Point person for client and venue. Meet staff and direct to appropriate duties. Receive and organize rentals, food, and all other vendors. Ensure that event is set up on time and organized for success. Manage and direct catering staff in the setting up of buffets, passing of hor'ds, serving of sit down meals, cake cutting and serving, etc. Manage bar set up and execution of excellent bar service. Ensure client and guests are well taken care of. Ensure venue is cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the night
